Family Legacy, New Chapter

The history behind HoneyBee & Hoss at Car-Vel Skate Center is rooted in a deep family legacy. The rink was established by Carl and Velma, and the name Car-Vel was created as a lasting tribute to them.

HoneyBee & Hoss carries that heritage forward with a fresh, character-driven identity for the Leon Valley community. It keeps the rink's rhythm, joy, and family values front and center while giving the next generation a bright new way to celebrate.

Choose a package, room, date, and available time window. Mini and Package 2 parties use 3 hour windows during business hours. Private package events use 2 hour whole-rink windows.

Public Skating, Lessons, and Adult Nights

Family Skating

Car-Vel Skate Center is an indoor roller skating rink in Leon Valley with public skating sessions, private parties, school parties, roller derby events, and family fun.

Beginner Lessons

Beginner lessons can cover forward and backward skating, safe falling, rink rules, floor safety, skating etiquette, and skate maintenance.

Private Lessons

Hause of Wheels with Chasity offers fundamentals, advanced skating, artistic skating, speed skating, and monthly class options. Wednesday private lessons are $50 for a half-hour from 5 PM to 7 PM by advance booking. Thursday class is 6 PM to 7 PM, $25 per class or $75 per month for four classes.
